NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR WPC No. 1695 of 2017 • Ku. Pooja Shriwas D/o Shri Tulshiram Shriwas, Aged About 20 Years R/o Darridand, Akaltara, District Janjgir Champa Chhattisgarh. ---- Petitioner
Versus
1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Secretary, Department Of School Education Mahanadi Bhawan New Raipur, Distt. Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
2. The Secretary, Chhattisgarh Board Of Secondary Education, Raipur Chhattisgarh.
---- Respondents For Petitioner : Shri J.K. Saxena, Advocate For State : Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, Panel Lawyer For Respondent No.2 : Shri Alok Bakhshi, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/06/2017
1. Heard.
2. At the outset, Shri Bukhshy, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 pointed out that there is no averment made in the petition nor any documents to show that the petitioner has approached the respondentBoard for correction of her date of birth.
3. Though I find that there is an averment that the petitioner approached the authority/respondent No.2 for correction of her date of birth, the pleadings is vague. No copy of application in writing, if any, made by the petitioner has been placed on record.
4. In view of above, I am not inclined to examine the matter when the Board itself has not examined the matter. The petitioner shall submit representation in writing before the respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of submission of application.
5. Accordingly, petition is disposed off.
