Hon'ble Shri Pritinker Diwaker, J Order On Board 03/07/2018 Counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this application with liberty to file regular bail application after surrender. He submits that in the eventuality of applicant's surrender and filing regular bail application, the trial Court may be directed to decide it on the same day itself.
