Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State. Perused the request letter dated 16.03.2018 wherein further time has been prayed for to conclude the proceeding for closure or accept the report of the police, which was directed to be concluded by an order dated 08.01.2018. It is stated by the Court that the Complainant and I.O. are not appeared before the Court, therefore, the proceeding could not be concluded on either way. Taking into such fact, further 30 days time is provided from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Court below to conclude the proceeding, which is pending before the Court below. It is further made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion about the merit of the case whether to accept or reject the report of the police.
