Shri Ishan Verma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that since after filing of the writ appeal, petitioner received letter of appointment dated 05-06-2021 appointing him on the post of "Lecturer" (Physics) "T-Cadre", therefore, nothing survives in this appeal for proceedings further in the matter.

3. In view of the statement made, the present writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
