1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.322/2019 registered in Police Station Tarbahar, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has committed murder of deceased Ujin Anthony Paul on 13.11.2019. The incident has been witnessed by Sanjay Soloman, Jamuna Prasad and Janki Bai.

3. Considering the material available in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the

application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive his prayer after examination of Sanjay Soloman, Jamuna Prasad and Janki Bai.
