Learned counsel for the respondent, under instructions, submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court, the respondent promptly took action and the erring official was suspended. He further submits that on his direction, the service book of the petitioner has been now handed over to the Chief Medical & Health Officer, Bilaspur. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission made before this Court by learned counsel for the respondent and also the Chief Medical & Health Officer, Bilaspur, who is present in the Court along with service book of the petitioner, rule is discharged. 4.
