(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though condition with regard to the date of fixation of pay scale in the order dated 11.02.2014 ( Annexure P-1) but it is still pending consideration before respondent No.2. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Rajya Sahkari Dugdh Mahasangh Maryadit, District Durg within four weeks from today. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 and in turn, respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
