1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.643/2015 registered at Police Station Pulgaon, District Durg (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B of IPC. Second bail application was rejected on 17.03.2017.

3. After rejection of second bail application on merits, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application. Accordingly, third bail application is also rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
