The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of ARBA. No. 27/2020. The counsel for the applicants submits that because of effect of the Corono Virus, the applicants could not remove the default timely.

Considering the reason assigned in the application and finding it to be satisfactory, this Court is of the firm view that a strong ground for allowing MCC is made out.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the ARBA. No.27 of 2020 stands restored to its original number. No order as to cost.
