By the order impugned, the petitioner has been transferred as Panchayat Secretary from Bhatkikala to Ramgarh on account of administrative exigency.

According to the petitioner, the competent authority is the Collector and not the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Mungeli. 3.

Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before the respondent No.2. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may make a representation before the respondent No.2 within ten days from today highlighting his grievances and in turn the respondent No.2 shall decide the same within thirty days from the date

of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
