This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner against the notice dated 09.04.2018 (Annexure-P/3) issued to him by respondent No. 5 whereby petitioner's land has been directed to be demarcated by the revenue authorities as he is alleged to have encroached upon the government land.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is the owner of the subject land and has not encroached upon the government land and against the said notice, he has already filed an objection on 16.04.2018 but it has not been considered and decided till date. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the revenue authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's objection on demarcation of the subject land expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
