The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that it is not in accordance with the Rationalization Policy.

Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner has a remedy of filing of representation.

Considering the aforesaid situation and the ground urged in the petition which does not relate to jurisdictional infirmity and malafide, instead of keeping this matter pending, it would be expedient in the interest of justice to dispose off this petition, at this stage, with a direction that the petitioner's representation shall be considered and decision shall be taken by a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
