Learned State counsel would submit that in view of the order passed by the Division Bench in Writ Appeal No. 227 of 2015 'Anil Kumar Ramtake and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others' and other connected matters vide order dated 23/04/2015 and the subsequent circular issued by the State Government on 28/04/2015 petitioners entitlement for Kramonnati Vetanman shall be considered in accordance with law for the period 01/11/2011 to 30/04/2013.

In view of the above, petitioners' case may be examined in accordance with the State Government circular dated 28/04/2015 and necessary orders may be passed within a period of three months from the date of submission of fresh representation by the petitioners subject to verification with regard to service record/eligibility. 3.
