For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the instant petition is condoned. The present petition has been filed under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C., seeking leave to appeal.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, leave as prayed for by the State is granted.
Registry is directed to register the case as a regular acquittal appeal.

After registration of regular appeal, issue fresh notice to respondents No. 1 to 4 on payment of process fee as per rules. Record reveals that all the respondents are in Central Jail, Bilaspur. State to pay separate process fee on the address as shown in the present petition and also through the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur for serving notice to the
respondents.
Let this be done within three weeks.
List this case after twelve weeks.
