1. Challenge in this petition is to the change of posting of the petitioner made by the District Education Officer, District Sukma, the respondent No.3. Vide the impugned order dated 20.02.2019, the petitioner has been transferred from residential School Potacabin Konta to Middle School Chintalnar, Block Chhindgarh.

2. The sole ground that the petitioner has raised in this petition is that, the petitioner's wife is also a Teacher and is posted at Primary School Fandiguda, Block Konta.

3. The limited prayer that the petitioner now makes is that let the respondent No.3 before whom the petitioner has already made a request for posting him to a place where his wife and children are staying and the said representation is pending, be decided at the earliest.

4. To the said request made by the petitioner, the State counsel does not have any objection.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure

P/3) which the petitioner has made at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. It is expected that the respondent No.3 shall take a decision sympathetically considering the fact that wife of the petitioner is posted elsewhere.

7. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
