At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this application may be disposed off with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a timeframe.

As it appears that the applicant is in jail since more than two years, therefore, the present application is disposed off and the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date this order is communicated.
