Shri Goutam Khetrapal, counsel for the appellant submits that as agreed by the parties, the petitioner has given remaining Rs.50,000/- to the respondent.

The respondent has acknowledged the said amount. Respondent further submits that as she has received the agreed amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-, she will not pursue her case for remaining Rs.50,000/-. 3.

Both the parties further submit that in future they will ensure good relations between them.

In view of this further development, counsel for the appellant submits that nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present appeal and he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal.
