This is second round of litigation in the matter of the petitioner's transfer. Earlier the transfer order was challenged on the ground of illness and that the petitioner's children is studying in engineering college, Bilaspur. As this Court did not find any ground to assail legality or any malafide, petition was disposed off with direction to consider petitioner's representation.

Challenge to the impugned order is that it has not been decided by the committee constituted to consider representation. Secondly, the ground of illness has not been duly considered.

It appears that Secretary, has decided the representation in view of judicial order passed by this Court. The ground of illness does not warrant interference of this Court. If the petitioner's grievance is that committee ought to have considered his case, the petitioner may repeat his request as and when new transfer season comes. Except this no relief can be granted.
