The present appeal arises from order dated 22.9.2015 in Writ Petition (Cr.) No.173 of 2015. The Learned Single Judge opined that the Appellant had sufficient remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure if he was dissatisfied with the investigation.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the Appellant. 3.

We do not consider it prudent to make any further observations on the merits of the matter lest it may prejudice either of the parties and dispose this appeal with the simple observation concurring with the Learned Single Judge that if the Appellant was not satisfied with the investigation, he had more than

adequate remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure itself, more so when he is a prosecution witness himself.
