The present application is styled as "application for creation of Larger Bench" under Rule 30 of the Chhattisgarh High Court Rules, 2007 to modify the order passed in Writ Appeal No. 255 of 2015.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

No question of law has been urged before us for reference of the order in the Writ Appeal to a Larger Bench. The Petitioners in essence, under the garb of what is euphemistically termed as an application for modification wants us to sit in judgement over own order by fresh hearing of the matter. It is clearly impermissible.

The application is dismissed.
