Heard on I.A. No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

Perusal of the original Company Petition which show that the respondent was not represented, therefore, considering the fact the delay of 186 days in filing the restoration application is condoned.

Heard.

This MCC has been preferred for restoration of Company Petition No.1/2008 which was dismissed for want of prosecution.

After going through the application which is supported by an affidavit, in my opinion reasonable grounds are made out for restoration.

Accordingly, MCC is allowed.

The order dated 01/04/2015 is recalled.

Company Petition No. 1/2008 is restored to its original number.
