By the impugned order dated 03.11.2005, the petitioner has been transferred from Ambikapur to Jagdalpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier petitioner has been transferred from Bishrampur to Ambikapur by order dated 28.05.2014 and now he has been transferred from Ambikapur to Jagdalpur by order dated 03.11.2015. He would further submit that Ambikapur and Jagdalpur both are scheduled area and he has been transferred in the month of November, 2015 only to accommodate Mr. D.K. Sharma, Assistant Engineer and as such, there is no administrative exigency to transfer the petitioner. He would further submit that petitioner has only completed one

year in the present place of posting i.e. Ambikapur. He would lastly submit that the petitioner be permitted to make a representation before the Executive Director, C.S.P.D.C.L., Raipur highlighting his grievances. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Executive Director, C.S.P.D.C.L., Raipur within a period of one week from today and if such a representation be filed, the Executive Director, C.S.P.D.C.L., Raipur shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today in accordance with law. Till then for a period of three weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
