The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner of being transferred to any of the schools in Tehsil Patan, under District Durg, Chhattisgarh.

2. According to the petitioner, his family i.e. his wife and his children along with his parents were staying at Patan. However, a couple of years back the wife of the petitioner has expired and as of now it is the petitioner, who has to take care of his children and old age parents and therefore if he could be accommodated in any of the school under Tehsil Patan, it would be more convenient for the petitioner in taking care of his family particularly his growing children.

Given the said submission by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1, who in turn shall consider the representation of the petitioner on administrative ground taking into consideration the grounds reflected in the said representation and try to redress the grievance of the petitioner and decide the representation in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and Policy governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
