1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.578/2019, registered at Police Station Supela, Bhilai, District Durg (now Vaishali Nager) (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Applicant has committed murder of her husband Ravi Singh during the intervening night of 2nd & 3rd June, 2019. On the

M.Cr.C.No.3917 of 2020 date of incident the applicant, the deceased and their four years old son were in the house. A dispute arose between the applicant and the deceased concerning some messages over the mobile phone of the applicant where upon a quarrel took place and eventually the applicant committed murder by causing head injury by means of a stone. After committing murder the applicant ran away from the place. When foul smell started to come out of the house, the neighbours broke open the door and found the dead body. The applicant thereafter surrendered before the police.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the material available in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
