1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.69/2015 registered in Police Station Khadgawa, District - Koriya C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 452, 506 of the I.P.C. (As per charge-sheet).

2. As per the First Information Report (FIR) lodged by applicant's sister-in-law, he committed house trespass, filthily abused, criminally intimidated, and caused simple hurt

MCRC No. 4184 of 2021 on 25.4.2015.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail, however, he would submit that applicant has committed four more offences.

4. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 8.3.2021 i.e., for about five months; offence is triable by JMFC; other offences registered against him does not involve any heinous crime and the charge-sheet has already been filed in the present case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
