1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.97/2019 registered in Police Station: Udaipur, District Surguja for offence under Section 302 and 323/34 of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application has been dismissed specifically mentioning that it is the present accused/applicant who has caused fatal injury causing death of deceased Jamila Khatun. Other accused persons who have been released on bail have not caused any injury.

3. No case for entertaining this 2nd bail application is made out. It is accordingly rejected.
