This writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondent to decide petitioners application for grant of NOC for running GNM Nursing School at Raipur.

At the very outset, learned Dy. Advocate General appearing for the State would inform the Court, on instructions, that the petitioners application has been rejected by the competent authority on 9-11-2015 and the order has already been sent to the petitioners on 1-12-2015. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Petitioner may visit the office of the competent authority to obtain copy of the order passed on 9-11-2015.
