2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.25/2021 registered at Police Station Sakri, District Bilaspur (CG) for the

MCRC No. 4002 of 2021 offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 326, 325 and 34 of the IPC.

3. The applicants have assaulted injured Rajni and Milan Koshle by means of rod and club. While Rajni has sustained simple injuries, Milan Koshlale has sustained fracture of right forearm and fingers.

4. Considering that the applicants are in jail since 2.6.2021 and the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
