The limited grievance which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation, which the petitioner has made. 2.
The facts of the case is that the petitioner's husband was working under the respondent No.2 from the year 2003 onwards as an Assistant Grade-III. In May, 2012 the husband of the petitioner met with a road accident and suffered grievous injuries and thereafter he is till date confined to bed and is unable to discharge his duties in any manner. Meanwhile, on account of absence from duties from May, 2012 onwards without any intimation or notice to the husband of the petitioner, the Department has vide its order dated 13.04.2015 terminated the husband of the petitioner from service. 3.
Subsequently, the petitioner has now filed a representation to the Department for considering the case of the husband of the petitioner for
-2medically be boarded out and in place, she may be considered for appointment on compassionate basis.

Given the limited grievance and taking into consideration the factual matrix of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and to take a decision at the earliest in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the field within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
