Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.114/2021 registered in Police Station Patna, District Koriya for offence under Section 376 (2) N of the IPC.

2. As per the complaint lodged by the prosecutrix, aged about 25 years, she met the applicant about 3 years ago prior to lodging of FIR and they were in conversation on mobile. In August, 2020, the applicant ravished her in her own house and thereafter sexual intercourse continued in every 2-4 months. However, subsequently, the applicant

MCRC No. 4464 of 2021 refused to marry her.

3. Considering that the prosecutrix is aged about 25 years, the FIR is delayed, the applicant is in jail since 19.4.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release him on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
