Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been selected on the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat). She is waiting list candidate and post has fallen vacant/not filled as she being considered, for which, she has made representation before the respondent No.3, which has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not made any order of appointment to the petitioner.
