Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's case is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), District Mungeli since 03.08.2017 that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 4.

Be that as it may, the Sub-Divisional Officer, District Mungeli is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's case expeditiously

preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
