(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against his order of transfer to Ambikapur, he has made representation to respondents No. 1 & 2, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, it is directed that respondents No. 1 & 2 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
