Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 03/05/2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondents are not considering her claim for promotion to the post of Public Tutor/Sister Tutor for which she now fulfills all the requisite eligibility criteria.

Perusal of the record would reveal that on the date when the previous DPC was held, the petitioner was not having the requisite eligibility criteria which she has obtained immediately thereafter.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, this Court finds it difficulty to grant a suitable relief to the petitioner except for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation which the petitioner has made to them and pass a suitable order in accordance with rule. 4.
