Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondent on 27.09.2018 for change of timing in regular stage carriage permit on the route Bhagwanpur to Baidhan, which is pending consideration. 2.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, if there is an application filed by the petitioner, the same has to be decided within a reasonable time. 3.

Considering that the reasonable time period has already elapsed, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent authority to decide the petitioner's application within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
