Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the spirit of order dated 14.01.2016, now the father of the petitioner has given
undertaking that the child still maintain discipline in the school. 2.
This statement is not disputed by learned counsel for respondents No.4 & 5.

In view of aforesaid subsequent developments and the statement made before this Court by learned counsel for respondents No.4 & 5, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter as the petitioner is continuing his studies in the school and there is no longer any proceedings pending in expulsion.
