Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 24/11/2015 (1) Grievance of the petitioner is that the against the order of suspension dated 24.08.2015, appeal is pending before respondent No.1 since 7.9.2015 and the same is not being decided till this date and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously. (2) Learned counsel for the State however submits that the mater has already been heard by the State Government. (3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, it is expected from the appellate authority to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with

law expeditiously.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
