Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is working as Branch Manager in the District Cooperative Central Bank, Branch Pandaria District Kabirdham and he has given option/made application for his transfer to some other place on 05/11/2014 before respondent No.2, which has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the respondent No.2, who in turn shall consider and decide his representation expeditiously. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not passed any order directing transfer of petitioner.
