Learned counsel for the respondents/State would submit that petitioner's dispute with regard to traveling allowance is under consideration before respondents No.3 and 4 and the decision will be taken in this regard within a month.

The respondents No.3 and 4 are directed to do well to decide the dispute with regard to traveling allowance within a period of 30 days from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the

merit of the case.
