1. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner was transferred from Raipur to Mandhar, the said transfer was made sometime in August 2017, however she eventually joined at Mandhar on 28.09.2018. Subsequently, she was again transferred back to Raipur. The petitioner now claims her entitlement for salary from 28.08.2017 to 28.09.2018 for which she had made a representation dated 04.06.2020 (Annexure P-6) and prays that the same may be decided.
-22. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, without any observation on the merits of the case, Respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2020 (Annexure P-6) within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
