Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Gardner on 7.2.1979 and his appointment has been cancelled by order dated 16.1.1980. He would further submit that the petitioner may be permitted to raise the Industrial Dispute by submitting an application for reference before the Competent Authority. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.
