Learned counsel for the State would submit that against the order of termination appeal would lie before the Divisional Commissioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order is dated 26.6.2016, to which Mr.Gary Mukhopadhyay would submit that it is 26.6.2015. 3.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner will file an appeal within 30 days from the date of order, which is said to be 26.6.2015 and the Appellate Authority would consider and decide the same within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as

to cost(s).
