1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by order dated 22.6.2017 by which a penalty of withholding one increment without cumulative effect (minor penalty) has been imposed on the petitioner after giving her a show cause notice and obtaining her reply.
2. Though number of grounds have been urged, taking into consideration that none of the grounds relates to violation of principles of natural justice, competence and malafide, I am not inclined to entertain the petition without insisting on exhaustion of statutory alternative remedy of filing departmental appeal under the provision of C.G. Civil Services (Classification, Control and
-2Appeal) Rules, 1966.
3. Accordingly, with liberty to the petitioner to work out appropriate remedy, the petition is finally disposed off.
