(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Center, Pendarwani Community Health Centre, Dongargaon to Sub Health Center, Halmakodo, Community Health Centre, Ambagarh Chowki, District Rajnandgaon, against which, he may be allowed to make representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon for redressal of his grievances.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, it is directed that petitioner shall file representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon within 10 days from today and in turn, the Collector, Rajnandgaon shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
