Limited grievance of the petitioner ventilated through this petition is that in respect of the period with effect from 29-10-2014 to 17-11-2015, the petitioner claimed medical leave by submitting medical certificates of illness but that application has remained pending without any decision till date. 3.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of medical leave in accordance with the applicable leave rules in the matter as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
