1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.440/2020 registered in Police Station: Gandhinagar, Ambikapur District Surguja for offence under Sections 294, 34, 323, 307, 147, 148 of the IPC and Section 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. In an incident happened in front of the Government liquor shop at about 7.30 pm on 10.11.2020, three injured namely, Rajendra Gupta, Abhishek Shandilya and Mahesh Haldar sustained injuries. FIR was

MCRC No. 4058 of 2021 lodged at 11 pm on the same day against unknown person.

3. In the MLC, the injuries found over the persons of the above injured persons were found to be simple in nature. These applicants have been arrested after 2 months i.e. on 7.1.2021 and since then they are in jail.

4. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, particularly for the reason that the FIR was lodged against unknown person, the injuries are simple in nature and the applicants are in jail since 7.1.2021, I am inclined to release them on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
