In this writ petition, the issue involved as to whether Kotwar would become the Bhoomiswami of the land granted to their ancestors prior 1924-25. 2.

The issue has been no more res integra in view of the order passed in W.P. (C) No.7048 of 2007 on 30.11.2018. The petitioner is not entitled to any relief at this point of time, therefore, the petition in view of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.7048 of 2007 is dismissed.
