Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 28/07/2017 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to take decision on the application filed by the petitioner for transferring him outside the scheduled area in view of policy dated 03/06/2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed five years of posting in scheduled area and therefore, as per policy, the case of the petitioner should be considered for transferring outside the scheduled area. 3.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petitioner, having already made representation, it must receive consideration by the competent authority for decision.
