Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.19/2021 registered in Police Station Mainpur, District Gariyaband for offence under Section 376 (2) (f) of the IPC.

2. In the present case, FIR has been lodged by the applicant's wife alleging that on 19.2.2021, she found the applicant inserting his fingers in the private part of her daughter aged about 2 years 4 months. She has further alleged that on previous occasions also the applicant was found naked along with her daughter.

3. Considering the nature of allegations as also for the fact that the applicant has criminal antecedents of his involvement in 5 criminal cases, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the Application is rejected.
