1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate action in respect of the request for reconstitution of the Prathmik Sahkari Samiti Bhathagaon in accordance with the "Zila Raipur, Chhattisgarh Ki Prathmik Krishi Sakh Sahkari Societiyon Ki Punargathan Yozna-2019".

2. Perusal of records would show that the petitioner has not approached the competent authority under the said scheme 2019 for reconstitution of the said society. In the absence of any application made by the petitioner in-terms-of this scheme-2019, the respondents could not have been expected to take a decision.

3. This Court therefore is unable to issue any appropriate direction to the petitioner in this regard. However liberty is left open for the petitioner, in case, if the petitioner still intends to get the society reconstituted, he shall move appropriate application before the

competent authority under the scheme-2019 who inturn shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions/observations, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
